1. Download and install the app on your phone
Open your app store:
- Android → Google Play
- iPhone → App Store
and search for: “Elocity”

Click “Install”, and once the installation is complete, open the app and register.
After entering your email address, setting a password, and confirming your email (via the activation link), go to the side menu and select the “Credit cards” tab. In the top right corner, choose “Add”. Enter your card details and click “Save”. Once these steps are completed, you can freely use all charging stations within the Elocity network—the system will automatically settle charging sessions and charge the linked card.
2. Find a station in the app
After parking your car in a designated spot, select an available connector, making sure that your vehicle is compatible with a CCS2 plug. Locate your charging station on the map in the app. The easiest way to do this is by using the location button in the bottom right corner of the map.
3. Start a charging session
After finding the correct location, select the appropriate station and connector—the connector description on the charging station corresponds to the one shown in the app. Plug in your car and select the “Charge” button next to the chosen connector.
The charging session will start automatically.
4. Monitor the charging process
Throughout the charging session, you can track its progress in the app and on the display of the Alpitronic charging station, where you can also view additional details, including the charging curve. Please note that regardless of the charging station’s power, your vehicle will only accept the maximum power it is capable of at that time. This depends on many factors, including the battery management system, battery temperature, ambient temperature, etc.
5. End the charging session
Once your battery reaches the desired charge level, end the session in the app by selecting “End”. Disconnect your vehicle and return the connector to the charging station. Please note that if the charging process has finished and the vehicle remains connected, a parking fee may be charged after a certain time. All current pricing details for a given Hazel charging station can be found in the Elocity app by selecting the station and opening the “Pricing” tab.
6. Charging session settlement
After the charging session ends, the appropriate amount will be charged to your linked card. A summary of the session and an invoice (if company details were provided) will be sent to the email address registered in the app.
